On Sunday, 12 September, The Honourable Kristina Keneally held a reception at Government House in honour of the NSW Vietnam Veterans.  AVCAT CEO, Nick Helyer was invited to attend and to respond on behalf of the NSW Vietnam Veterans.  This was a great opportunity for Nick to promote AVCAT and the Long Tan Bursary Scheme, especially as the Premier made mention in her welcome speech, that her Father had made two tours of Vietnam (1965 and 1967).
